500 (Internal Server Error)

Hi! I'm having an issue where I'll get a 500 (Internal Server Error) when I submit. The confusing part is that I don't always get this error but when it starts it doesn't work at all. The appointments are booked but the users information is blank. It usually happens when I book an appointment and reload the page and try to book another time, then no matter what I do it won't book another one and it gives me that error. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Hi Robson, can you please check error.log file on your hosting and paste here. In case of 500 it should have records regarding that error. Best regards, Nikola
