Hello,  When the client receives their confirmation email is it displaying from Wordpress rather than my company name? I have updated the correct fields in the Settings > Customise but it isn't updating and I can't see where I would do this. Please can you help?  Thanks

Hi Megan, you should put Send from in EA Settings > Customize page to be like this:

Name<[email protected]>
