abandoned status books a new time
This has been happening for a while When you set an appointment to abandoned, it automatically tries to rebook in the next available time slot for the day.
Can you stop this from happening, If a customer does not turn up for a meeting, I don't want them getting a new email giving them a new time

Hi, is this inside WP Admin part when you want to change the status?

Yes, from within the Booking program. I think it occurs after the appointment has started, seems to be ok if cancelled before the appointment. But if someone doesn’t turn up and we try to set to abandoned or cancelled it creates a new time
