Can a selection area be activated in the form only when a service is chosen?
I give different services, but there is one in particular that I have, they would have to choose the brand of the equipment to be maintained

Hi David,
sorry for waiting. You can have only one service, then that field will not be visible. But you can have select field inside Form.
