Hi it's simple to understand on example. For example you have service that last 60 minutes, slot step 60 minutes and working hours from 09-17h. Then users will be able to book only on full hour (09:00, 10:00, 11:00 etc). If you change the slot step in that example to 30 minutes and leave everything else the same available booking times are going to be 09:00, 09:30, 10:00, 10:30 etc Best regards, Nikola
