Hi I set up multiple types of events on EA and tested if it works well. I realized that no emails are sent and received ( I used two email addresses like I am a worker and a customer). I already set up SMTP and it seems like having no problem to receive and send email from Wordpress. Just only when it goes through Easy Appointment, any email has been sent/received. I’ll appreciate if you can show me the way to fix this problem.
Can you add an “Email log” plugin to see if WordPress thinks these emails are being sent?
