Hello, how can the customer cancel appointment
after having made the appointment ?
Example if the customer changed his mind ...

Hi, it's simple you can provide link that will trigger that inside customer mail notification. So customer can cancel appointment if there is less than X minutes before appointment. That depends on yours settings :) Best regards, Nikola
