Trying to use #link_confirm# parameter in email template. When I click on that link from the email I get Appointment can't be confirmed! in my browser.
Any idea what's wrong?
I’ve experienced this but only when the default status of new appointments is set to “confirmed”… Rather than saying “Appointment has already been automatically confirmed”, it says “Appointment cannot be confirmed.”
If your default status is set to “pending” then I don’t know, sorry. Someone else might be able to help…
Hi,
sometimes some mail servers open link inside emails and automatically do that action. For example confirm and cancel appointment at same time. Try putting only confirm link in email template and try again.
Best regards,
Nikola
