Appointments switch to cancelled

Appointments are switching to cancelled a minute or so after they are entered or confirmed. Even after resetting to confirmed in admin. I don't have any cancel links in the email templates

Hi Chris, what about admin template? Do you send those to admin as well? Best way to check that is to turn sending email off completely and then try to create appointment. Best regards, Nikola
