Best practice for several workers who block their times via Google calendar
Hi,
Firstly, this is a really great plug-in and brought the services on our web page to a new level. thanks!
We have several workers defined and people can book services with those workers. Some workers offer more than one service.
If a worker goes on vacation or is not available due to another reason, there needs to be a very simple way to block that time. I cannot ask the workers to login to the WP-Admin all the time to block time. That's too complicated.
Since there is a synchronization with the Google calendar, the workers can block it there easily. However, I do not understand how those events are synched back to EasyAppointments and attached to the right worker.
I read this article where you explain the mechanism: https://easy-appointments.com/support/sync-back-from-google-calendar-2/ So the email of the worker should be the same as the email of the Google calendar. However, all calendars are under one Gmail Account (or ONE Gmail E-Mail Adress) since to my knowledge I can only link one account to EasyAppointment.
So for the scenario I described above, could you describe what the best way is to synch several Google calendars with workers in EasyAppointment? Thank you in advance! Beat
