Hi,

I have appointments already scheduled in my Google calendar, but the EA puts these time slots available. How to make EA block by default the time slots already filled in the Google Calendar. Thanks

You need to have a calendar category only for you ea Or disable two way sync

Thanks for your answer Bryan. What do you mean? When I bought this extension, it says it was possible to add it in existing calendar, not only new ones.

If I add new one, Will I have to all the sync between Google and EA as I did at the beginning to connect the 2 ?
And where do we go to disable two way sync?
For the events that are in the google calendar, I can’t make dates unavailable. When I create an event in the site, it gets created in the google calendar though, as well as I see them in EA.

Hi, can you please check if advance sync option mappings are added. Those are at the bottom of Extension settings page. There you need to connect each service/location/worker to google calendar. Best regards, Nikola

Hi, by looking at that screenshot you have only one Google Calendar synced, also can you please tell me do you have any warning message at top of that page? Best regards, Nikola

I added a second calendar, a new one that I added on Google. Still not working. Maybe I forget to do something.. Like Bryan said (up here), he proposed to disable the 2 way sync option… is that right? And if so, where is this option. Can’t find that on my version.

And yesterday we adjust the Cron thing (my developper did) and now, no error, only this message

Your Cron is running inside WordPress! Please consider setting Cron to run from System Task Scheduler! By doing that all background task are going to execute on time and without any limitation. Please follow official WordPress guide on Hooking WP-Cron Into the System Task Scheduler.

And here’s a screenshot for the 2 calendars. If you need, I can give you backend access to take a look.

Thanks a lot
