When a person goes to the website to make an appointment but later backs out without clicking 'Submit', the appointment for the selected timeslot is made with no information.
It should not have an appointment at all until submit is clicked

I'm sorry for reporting this. I resolved it by deslecting "Auto reservation" in the Customzize tab.
