Is it possible in some of the extended versions to see whole calendar - both available and booked slots ? When seeing a booked slot is it then possible to see who has the booking ? Also I in the base version ticked the deletion of booking possibility, but the link did not occur in the email - do I need a shortcode in the email for this ?   rgds Leo
