I have a calendar set up with two services the user can choose.  When page loads (using bootstrap 2-col) the calendar container does not have class 'disabled' so user can selecting dates even though user has not selected a service. If I select a service and then unselect, the class 'disabled' gets added.  This is causing a problem because I'm using that class to display a message to select service first.
