If you are using different Google Calendars for each worker then he/she can simply fill out that within Google Calendar and it will be synced back to EA. Other that that only admin user can change the connections. Best regards, Nikola

I mean the connection in EA options. would it be possible to access the internal table and modify that connection, with an external utility to EA, if it is not planned? Hi, that should be done by Administrator by changing the connection settings inside plugin. There you can set some worker to be away like for a week or so. Also inside connections you can set time period during that connection will be active. Best regards, Nikola

In this particular case, a worker's absence is not part of a planned plan: it may be an emergency, or they have to attend a course, etc.
It seemed to me that if a worker could modify his own connections, it would make the administrator's job easier.
As I told you, there may be more than 50 workers...
