If anyone cannot create a new employee or edit an existing one because the form fields cannot be filled in, here's the solution: You have to add "z-index: 0;" to the class ".ea-content-box" - this places the transparent box under the Edit Employee box and the fields are now editable.

You can use "Developer Tools" in Chrome/Brave/Firefox to do it temporarily until you are finished. You can go further and add this to your child theme CSS to make it permanent, but I'm not sure if this affects other areas of the plugin's backend.

Ideally, the developer will hopefully fix this major bug. The program is useless if employees cannot be created or edited.
