Leyako Thats me who Asked (Vladimir)
Keep in mind that you can’t alter appointments that are in past. Only appointments that didn’t start can be edited.
Best regards,
Nikola
Previously, it was possible to create and edit. As you can see in the screenshot, the DATE window does not display dates at all
The TIME window is generally inactive At the same time, as shown below, the meetings were created from the site https://prntscr.com/u6dgbc
Sorry, wrong screenshot.
Here is the correct screenshot
Looks like there are some issue with date selection on that page. Can you please create a temp account for me so I can check right on the spot. Email is nikolanbg[at]gmail[dot]com?
Best regards,
Nikola
With pleasure. I sent you temporary access to the site by email
I made a new ticket on this issue and was contacted by Nikola. I gave him access to the site, he did something and it became possible to select the time, and the date must be entered manually. He did not explain and now it remains

Hi leyako,
thanks for the reply. Let’s see how Nikola responds. Maybe the data I posted will prove helpful.
Regards, Ray
Sorry, I don’t quite understand the idea.
We’re just saying that there is no more date picker as it used to be. Now you need to enter the date manually?
No, datepicker is here but there is something that is blocking datepicker from showing. Some plugin is interfering with EA 🙁
Best regards,
Nikola
In my case date format from General WP settings is Custom: j. F Y
Best regards, Ray
Using the pre-defined date setting has no effect. Will try deactivating plugins next.
Interesting … never would have suspected this plugin to block datepicker: Check & Log Email
One important issue however remains: The time field below date field is still greyed out, therfore time settings neither be set nor edited in existing appointments. Time can only be set when adding an appointment through frontend form. All plugins except Theme Avada deactivated. Maybe some database issue when updating EA from 3.0x ?
No change for various time formats in General WP Settings.
Hi again Nikola, sorry for all the mesages! All is good now. Need to select dates with available slots of course. 🙂 Everything working fine. Thanks for your great plugin and dedicated support.
Best regards, Ray
Hello Nikola
I am also very surprised that the plugin was interfering with correct work. Disabled this plugin Check & Log Email and everything began to work correctly.
Tell me, will there be any solutions with this plugin?
Hi Check & Log Email plugin was making the issue with EA? That should be reported to them. Can you please tell me which version you have installed?
Best regards,
Nikola
Sure. It’s the latest version 1.0.1!
Cheers, Ray
