Client does not receive email

SupportClient does not receive email

Hi,

When a client makes an appointment and fills in the form, the client doesn't receive an confirmation email.
However, the employee does receive an email.
The option which says ''send email to client'' is checked.

How is this possible and what can I do to make this work?
