Hi there, When I was testing why someone hadn't received our confirmation email, I discovered that confirmation emails are being sent to the user AND a random additional email address. Is this an Easy Appointments issue or a Wordpress issue? Thanks!

I should also note that the admin emails being sent to the worker are not randomly copying other email addresses into the conversation.

Hi, EasyAppointments are using WP function to send email. If some other plugin have registered hook for adding cc address then it can alter it. Best regards, Nikola
