connections and locations are deleted

How are you? we have a problem, the last locations we have saved have been deleted and also the connections, suddenly it may be due to reloading the page and clearing the cache, or do you think it is due to the fact that we paid for the extension for google calendar but we have not renewed it or it will be because of the number of locations?

Hi, can you please tell me how many rows were there? EA should not delete any settings paid renewal or not.
