Hi, we are trying to arrange some activities for the children this Christmas and one will be a type of treasure hunt. groups will need to book a start slot at 5 minute intervals with a maximum of six people in any one slot. I see that we can set this up in Easy Appointments, but I cannot see how we would be able to limit the group to a maximum of six and also capture each group mer,bers name and contact number. Is this possible please?

Hi Alex, need one service that last for 5 minutes. Then you need to create connection with slot count 5. For personal data use custom form fields. Best regards, Nikola

Hi Nikola Thanks for your response. I have created the appointment and it can be seen at https://staging.modburyteam.org/christingle-treasure-hunt-2020/ Are there any other layout templates available that can be purchased - its just that I would like to try and make the page more bright and colourful without the need to have code each element, or is there a predefined css script that I can just change the colours codes? I am very much an amateur at this. Also is it possible to remove the price field - there is no charge for the appointment? Many thanks Alex
