Hello Nikola, may we get (optional) description fields to the "Custom form fields" please? Also it would be nice to see an option to show/hide custom form fields depending on a value given at a previous field. Like the following: Number of participants (1,2,3,4) showing a matching number of participants name fields (1,2,3,4). Where the fields are not created dynamically. Participant name 1, Participant name 2, Participant name 3, Participant name 4 are just hidden (or shown) depending on the input value (option chosen from a drop down field) of "Number of participants".
