Custom value in select field

It would be nice to be able to define distinct value and displayed text in an option of a select box (custom field). Currently, the value is always equal to the displayed text. Could be done e.g. by adding the value between brackets.

Hi you are talking about custom select field? Is there any reason for custom value?
