A user is able to book an appointing in a time slot that ends after the store close time. How can I prevent this? E.G. Store closes at 14:00 but they're able to book a 75 min appointment at 13:30? Thanks

Hi Shane, please take a look at Connection settings. There you are setting From-To values during the day. Make sure that they are not lasting longer then your working hours. Best regards, Nikola

I'm facing the same issue although I have checked all connections. In my case the timeslot 1 hour prior to closing time is open for booking for a 2 hour service. Strange enough it is only caused on saturdays and sundays. I have 2 locations and 1 worker.

Hi, sorry I didn’t see a notification of your reply. But yes, one of the 2 locations with only 1 worker is showing a timeslot at 4pm for a 2 hour service while closing time is 5pm. The other location showing a timeslot at 4.30 for 2 hour service while closing at 5pm. All connections have been checked.

So they can’t book a slot after closing time but the appointment ends after closing time.

Hi Nikola, thanks for your follow up. Your comment makes sence but in my case people can book a timeslot 1 hour prior to closing time for a 2 hour service. Closing time and end time appointment not matching but able to book.
