Sorry my questions might seems straight forward, but i am new to the world of wordpress and i am newbie on php :/. So i would like to achieve specific use case (the below picture) with easy appointment where only we have one location (no need to have selection) and default worker should be the one already selected from previous that include the list all workers.    Any advises on how to proceed forward and how i can plug the php codebase directly on my template and work on the styling? I really appreciate any advises that helps to proceed forward.
