Hello, lately a lot of our customers receive the message that the daily limit has been reached. Mostly mobile users and that is because mobile network operators use the same IP for many clients (they use a thing called CG NAT), and they receive the error having the same IP. Can the daily limit be calculated based on the email address, instead of the IP? Thanks!

Hi, you can turn it off. Inside EA Settings just put that limit to 0 and there will be no limit based on IP address. Best regards, Nikola
