Your customer does receive the Email because you have set up a limit for daily bookings one customer can make. Check the settings, what number of daily allowed bookings you have set up.

As Klaus mention there is number that you can set how many Bookings can be made from one IP during 24 hours. You can alter that inside EA Settings > Customize page. Best regards, Nikola
