Date and time incorrect format

Very happy with your plugin.
Just a small glitch which I hope you will be able to resolve. After filling in the form (before submitting it), the date and time arre appearing like this: 5 DDzz abril DDzz 2019 12:00 on the Booking Overview How can I get rid of this DDzz whioch should be something like a "|"

Same issue here. It’s could be great to custom date format.
