Deleted Appointment, Slot still Taken

I have deleted an appointment for a specific date and time, but the slot is still showing 1 taken out of 6. How can I refresh this?

Hi Lauren, should not be the case. Do you use Extension plugin beside EA?

laurenlafrancaNo, we use no other plugin for this purpose. It is happening on two sites we use it on.
When they reserve a spot, and if we cancel or delete them, the spot is still taken and so no one else can fill up that spot. It shows as full. (We have 6 spots an hour)
Is there a way to clear the cache of the plugin? It may be a cache issue?

Hi sorry for waiting I was not able to find reason for that. I would suggest that you turn option for showing number of remaining slots like in this example https://easy-appointments.com/responsive-remaining-slots/
