Hello, I am trying to set up the aservice so that

20min appointment duration
10 min break

So two appointements per hour of 20mins. How can I achieve that. Moreover what is the Block before/after for Regars Antonis

Hi Antonis, in your case I would suggest to have service duration 20min and block after 10 minutes. If you want to allow booking on each 10 minutes then put slot step 10 minutes. Result would be slots:

10:00 | 10:10 | 10:20 | 10:30 | 10:40 | 10:50 | 11:00 | ...

so if someone book for example 10:20 then it will be blocked from 10:20 till 10:50 :) Best regards, Nikola
