Hi Nikola, How Are you doing? i was trying to send an e-mail when a client abandoned an appointment and i realised that theres no template for abandoned status, but when i turned the status to abandoned in test mode, i received an email like this: "mail", so the email is sent but i dont know how i can change his body. can you tell me the path to change it in wordpress directory tree?
