Hallo, I had sent a test email from the booking form BUT the appointment confirmation email was sent from wordpress (wordpress was the sender in the email). is this normal? Why should the person i want to make an appointment with have wordpress as sender?? I am confused. Thanks for your answer.

Hi,
there is a option for that. Default is WordPress but you can change it. Option is called Send from inside settings > customize page. There you just set this format :

Some Name <[email protected]>

and save those settings.
