SupportEmail is no longer being sent after google calendar integration

I had the free version and the email to the worker was working great.  I used that to do integration with meeting app.   I upgraded to the paid version and now this is not working.  I re-entered the email settings, and I sent a test email which did not work.  So, this is very strange.  What could I check?  (I am using the paid version 0.9.7) Further, although the google calendar integration is sending meeting data to the calendar, it is not using existing calendar info to block appointment times.  This is critical as its the whole point of the calendar.  We need to prevent users from double booking.    Is this working as intended or is there a configuration issue? I just disabled the paid version and the email is working again.

Hi Rob, can you please tell me is there any error in error log file on your hosting. It should work fine with Extension plugin? Best regards, Nikola

Hi, there is no error – the error log is blank. I just upgraded both version to latest.

Can answer if the calender sync is bidirectional? Ie if there is an existing meeting from 8am to 9am then those slots are blocked?

Hi Rob, if you have event in Google Calendar between 8am-9am then it should sync back that to EA and that slot should be blocked. Best regards, Nikola
