Dear Nikola,
How can I change the header of emails received
so that they don't always come sent by "Wordpress"?

Hi Giovanni that is simple, just format Send from value as:
Some name<[email protected]>
In that case instead of Wordpress it will be "Some name".   Best regards, Nikola
