Emails still not being sent to user

Hi Nikola
AsI said previously, I made all the configurations,
• I have a custom form field with type email • I made the test mail in settings and it is working • The LOG is empty there is no error
the admin is getting the mail but the customer (the user) is not.
the pending & the confirmation mail is not received to the user
Appreciate your help
NB: i bought the plugin

Hi Simon, can you please mark that employee (worker) receive same email as customer and try again? Can you also please share the link to that page with form?
