empty appointment list in backend

Supportempty appointment list in backend
Mat asked 4 years ago
HI there. I've recently noticed that the appointments page in the backend (page=easy_app_top_level) is not showing the appointments which have been booked. The appointments have definitely been booked as the time table in reports (page=easy_app_reports) shows the number of appointments has gone down. I'm not sure when this started but it was working at least a couple of months ago. Thanks.

Hi Mat have you tried to alter date range on top? Best regards, Nikola

Hi Nikola

Yes, I’ve changed the date range. I also tried selecting a worker who I know has an appointment booked, and still shows no appointments.

Thanks
Mat

Hi Mat, can you please check if there are any error inside Browser console on that page?

Best regards,
Nikola

Hi there. Would yin be able to look into this please? It’s still not showing a list on the backend and just shows “loading table… ”

Many thanks
Mat

Hi Mat it is simple. Can you please go to EA Settings and custom fields part. Looks for custom fields with name location or service or worker. If you have any of those, please rename it. If you create a access for me I will fix it for you. Email is nikolanbg[at]gmail[dot]com   Best regards, Nikola

That’s fixed it! Many thanks for that.
