Endless loading/spinning wheel on installation

ON navigaing to the Easy!Appointments root after setup, I am redirected to the install page, however I cannot interact with anything - there is just a spinning "load" wheel that never goes away. I'm guessing something is setup wrong but what?
PHP: 7.2.24
Mysql: 5.7.31
Wordpress: None

Hi, this is not Easy!Appointments. This is different project :)
