Error display when inserting shortcode

I get an error saying "you need to define at least one location/service/worker" even though this has been done. I've added multiple people and tried everything, just doesn't work.

Hi, Darrin, can you please tell me have you created at least one Connection that is set to Working? You need to have that in order to see firm.
