Extension is nonfunctional

SupportExtension is nonfunctional
John Kakuk asked 6 years ago
Having issues syncing to Google Calendar. API is set up and credentials are correct, and I have connected WP-Cron to system scheduler multiple times. It will synchronize once, and then throw an error code again. When it DOES synchronize, none of my events appear in Google Calendar. I've called my host company; they have no idea what's going on. Would appreciate some support.

Hi, looks like some settings are not correct. Have you set time interval value in Extension settings. Also maybe you got short living token. You should see Google Dialog when you delete and re-authotize again. Best regards, Nikola

I have set the time interval value to match to cron job schedule; I’ve authorized and reauthorized. I’m not getting any errors, but I’m still not getting data.

Hi have you turn logging on to be Debug + Info + Error? There you have to see sync info after first sync is done.

Best regards,
Nikola

Hi John also one thing in order to have Appointment in Google Calendar you will have to Confirm it. So status must be Confirmed. Inside settings you have option to be confirmed by default if you want to have it right away in your Google Calendar :) Best regards, Nikola
