Hi Support! I apologize in advance as I am sure you get these questions often. However, I must be missing some type of setting in getting EA and Google Calendar to play nice. Here is what works:
  • When I create a reservation on the website (https://kaboom.photos/reservation) it shows up in EA.  If I change it from ‘Pending’ to ‘Confirmed’ it shows up in Google Calendar.  I am going to be linking to Woocommerce products so I am not too concerned about that one.
Here is what is not working:
  • If I delete an appointment on Google it still shows in EA
  • My current Google calendar is not being synced to EA and, therefore, all times show available.
Any help to fix is appreciated! Jeremy

Hi Jeremy, looks like cron job is not working right. Can you please follow tutorial on this page on how to connect WP Cron to system scheduler on hosting : https://easy-appointments.com/documentation/connect-system-scheduler-cron/ Best regards, Nikola

Hi Nikola!

Cron job fixed and no error showing on Extension page.

Should it be working now?

Thanks!

Jeremy

Hi Jeremy, have you fill settings inside advance sync options in Extension settings? There you will have to map service/location/worker with particular Google Calendar.

Best regards,
Nikola
