Hi Tomas, if you have CPanel and tool like phpmyadmin for database you can export those tables and create a backup of connections. EA Data is stored in separate tables so it is easy to backup them. Best regards, Nikola

You have not answered my question, I encountered the problem that all my appointments and connections disappeared, can this be due to memory?
I mean, when it reaches the maximum everything is deleted?
If so, what solution do you offer me? Delete every month all appointments (always before having exported them to excel). Would that work? THIS QUESTION IS ABOUT APPOINTMENTS!

Hi Tomas, memory issue can't happen like that. Only thing that could be the case is that appointments are inside database but not visible at frontend. There is a cleaning cron for removing customers data but it is running on 6 months old data due to GDPR rules. Best regards, Nikola
