Hour slots available
Hi,
We have an issue because Easy Appointments reads appointments from Google Calendar by appointment units instead of by time. For example, let's consider that we have Service A configured to last 1 hour and Service B to last 30 minutes, and that we have 3 slots configured from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. When there are 2 bookings for Service B from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and 1 booking from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., the calendar doesn't allow us to book 1 appointment for Service A, even though there should be 3 1-hour slots available.
Could you help us, please?
