How to deal with no shows

Hi, i'm just setting this up for testing as i am looking for a booking solution for one of my clients. I will be using the paid extension for SMS functionality. My client has requested a feature to deal with customers that miss thier appointment. Does this plugin have any way of marking someone who misses appointments?

Hi Mat, sorry for waiting. In case of someone missing appointment then you will still need action from admin to mark those appointments as abandoned? You want special SMS template in that case?
