How to not "hide" Personal Information fields before choosing calender date/time?

I want to have the Personal information fields to be type-able once the page loads and not after when the calendar date/time are chosen. Currently, the Personal info fields are disabled unless a calendar date/time is picked. Help?

Hi,
there is style that is applied on that bottom part. If you want you can add custom CSS for that and users will be able to fill that before time selection.
