How to send cancellation e-mail to admin
But when a customer cancels an appointment, I can only send the confirmation of this appointment to the customer. I don't see where and how I can also send the cancellation of the appointment to admin.
Because the editor for admin is already filled in with the text and custom fiels for the confirmation. Or can I use the same editorscreen for this?
Can you please help me out with this?

Hi Danielle, I have tested it locally again and admin received both email once it was set to pending and one after user canceled email.

Can you please check if there are some errors in error log file.
I don’t think this is the answer.
What I mean is that when a customer cancels an appointment with #link_cancel#, the admin and worker get an e-mail that is the same as a new reservation. It doesn’t say “Cancellation”.
How do I manage this?
Please help, my client is getting frustrated, and I don;t know how to solve this.

Hi Danielle, have you changed template for “Cancellation” inside EA Settings > Customize page? There is separate email template for each state.

I have changed something in the custom e-mail notification and it seems to be working now!
What made it confusing is that i used the text “Reservation” together with the standard e-mail tags. So the subject of each e-mail looked like a reservation. So I just use the standard available tags now and that does the trick.
