There are no error codes being reported on my end. It simply says request completed, please check e-mail. ( no email is actually being sent though) Please fix this ASAP. I need to know when people request appointments, and they need to have proper communication as well. Thank you!

Hi, can you please go to EA Settings > Tools page and try to send test emails, both of them? Best regards, Nikola

Can you receive any email from your site? For example if you try to reset password etc.
