Locations are being automatically deleted

Hi there,
for some reason locations were deleted automatically, I then added them again and when I switched pages for example from locations to connections and then go back to locations, everything is gone, they are also deleted as soon as you refresh the site. This is very weird, please offer some assistance.
EA Plugin version: 3.5.2
WP: 5.7.2

Hi Athhe, can you please check if there are any error inside browser console when you click save?
