Mobile doesn't seem to work? Doesn't take people to my thank you page, or send me a confirmation email?

Hi, can you please tell me what was the browser on mobile? Is everything working in desktop browser? Best regards, Nikola

Chrome. My Samsung tablet and Samsung s5 neo both had the same problem.

Can you tell me what it the version of that Chrome. I have tried on different Mobile/Table Chrome and it was working ok.
