Multiple bookings
We have created one empty slot (for example at 19.00-19.30) and we have only one worker. The patient booked the slot and we have confirmed it. The problem is that on our website, the slot is still available for someone else to book.

Click on the empty field in order to see the: word “Πρώτη Επόσκεψη” means first appointment (is for 30 minutes), and the word “Επανεξέταση” means re-evaluation and its for 15 minutes. Please note that none of this hours is covering each other.

Hi Eleni, I am not sure I have just refreshed the page after creating appointment and everything worked well.

We have made a lot of tests, and when an appointment is “pending” the available slot turns red. Once it is confirmed, the slot turns grey and it available again for someone else to book.
Could it be something in the settings? how can we tuckle this?

Yes usually we refresh the page in order to see if it is updated on our website. Is this a problem?

The problem still exists… after we confirm by e-mail the appointment to someone, then it turns again gray for someone else to book.
Please let me know if you have found out why.
