new version is here 3.12.5 with some additional improvements regarding custom form fields. Please update if you had issues when trying to remove field that you didn't need.

now is working fine, i been able to delete the first field i made with the color code, make new field and pass to responsive mode without a single problme, thnaks a lot.

i just have another problem now, i deleted the custom fields i made the first time in that way Nome, and made new 1 for can use responsive module, but now all the reservation that been made before that change, still there but i can’t see any more the data from user, so name, surname, mail and telephone, so i try to recreate at least 1 of them for see if something was changing but look like not, there is away to can’t loose data already done if some change to plugin is made?i already noticed in the past that if i delete a service, all the appointment already set for that service disappear to, this can be a problem if some change have to be done but with out have to loose the data from appointment already booked.thanks in advance for the help
another bug i noticed now, is that if i change a custom field position, for exsample pass it from last field to first, and apply it, when i recharge the page, it come back to original position and not to new one.
when changing order you need to click save button. Have you done that?
Regarding fields if you remove field from list it will delete those value for previous appointment records. Only way to not loose the data is to make that not visible on frontend. Deletion will remove data. I will add alert to that action.
